Artwork: By submitting artwork to South Coast Promotionals you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce the submitted images, and accept all responsibility for copyright and trademark infringements. Artwork should be emailed to info @ scpromos.com or provided on CD. Please zip multiple files before sending by email if possible. If file size is larger than 7 MB please call for uploading instructions. A hard copy of the artwork should also be faxed to (888) 656-0434. Clean vector art in an .pdf or .ai file format is required for most applications. All artwork submitted to South Coast Promotionals is inspected to make sure that it meets the specific requirements of the project. Minor modifications will be made at no additional cost. Major modifications will be billed at $60 per hour upon approval. Production time will not begin until the artwork has been submitted and approved.
Digitizing: For embroidery, clean art is required and the file must be digitized. The following file formats are acceptable: ai., .eps, or .jpg (sized appropriately). A digitizing charge will apply unless a usable digitized tape file is submitted. We prefer a .dst (Tajima) file format. An estimate will be provided if the file must be digitized, before any work begins.
Sample Policy: To request a sample, please call us at (888) 656-0434 or email us the information at info @ scpromos.com. Please include all details including the item number and description, your contact information, company information, and a shipping address. All sample orders are billed at first column pricing plus shipping, but are refunded at the time you place an order. Blank samples are not available in most instances. Virtual samples are provided free of charge, please inquire.
Charges for Cancellation/Order Changes: If an order is cancelled during any stage of production, all costs incurred prior to cancellation will be invoiced. Cancellations must be made in writing. All order changes must be made in writing and additional charges may apply.
Returns: Must receive prior authorization for all returns. Please contact us. Due to the custom nature of the industry, most imprinted products or decorated apparel are not returnable unless the items are damaged or if there is an error with the order. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 10 days of receiving shipment.
Production Time: Standard production time is 10-14 business days, but may vary depending on the product. If a specific in-hand date is required, please let us know as soon as possible. Production time will not commence until the artwork has been submitted and approved.
Shipping: Orders are normally shipped UPS ground unless otherwise noted, FOB from their point of origin. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses due to UPS and other carrier’s restrictions. We ship from multiple facilities throughout the United States. Certain orders may ship from more than one location if different items are combined on that same order. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Over Runs and Under Runs: Due to the nature of custom printing, there will be occasional over runs and under runs. The industry standard is ± 5% for most items. Some exceptions may occur such as with paper and plastic bags which may vary up to ±25%. We will bill you for the actual quantity shipped. If exact quantities are required, please let us know at the time the order is placed. Additional charges may apply. Payment Options: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Checks may be accepted with prior approval. A 50% deposit is due at the time the order is placed and the balance is due upon delivery.
